Our home inspections typically take about three hours depending on the size of the house and other factors.  You are also strongly urged to follow along with your inspector as he goes through the inspection process.  By being present at the inspection we can familiarize you with the home and explain things as we move through the inspection.

When the inspection has been completed, we will review the full report with you on site. Then it is compiled and completed off site to make sure it is as thorough and accurate as possible. A detailed, easy to read copy will be delivered via e-mail within 24 hours.
